A Day Retreat

February 21 | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
📍 Welcome House Farm, Perkasie, PA

Earth + Ember is a one-day, women-only immersion designed to help you root into nature, awaken your inner fire, and remember your wholeness- without needing to leave for the weekend.

Held on the land at the beautiful Welcome House Farm, this day retreat is a sacred pause from the pace of life. A return to the body. A remembering of your wild, soft, powerful nature.

The Day’s Flow

We begin the morning gently, arriving into connection with a meet + greet cacao ritual, allowing the heart to open and the nervous system to settle. From there, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound healing, inviting deep rest and recalibration.

Midday brings a nourishing, seasonal lunch, followed by nature play and ritual led by Sarah, giving you space to connect with the land, your intuition, and the wisdom of your body.

As the afternoon unfolds, Bess will ground our bodies with yoga and Mel will follow with liberation activation- awakening your fire, fluidity, and expression.

We close the day with a luxurious shared dinner, grounding everything we’ve experienced into the body and the moment.

For those who wish, the evening ends with an optional fire connection, a space for reflection, release, and integration as the sun sets.

Earth + Ember is for you if…

You crave deep connection without rushing
You want to feel wild, soft, powerful, and whole—without performance
You’re longing to reconnect with your body, the land, and sisterhood
You desire sacred slowness, presence, and soulful nourishment

Whether you’re new to embodiment practices or deeply seasoned in your feminine path, you are welcome here.

Sarah is the founder of Allium Floral Design and dances daily with the untamed beauty of flowers. She delights in surrounding people with dreamy, often locally sourced blooms: designs that invite you into your deepest desires and quiet joy.

For Earth + Ember: The Day Retreat, Sarah brings buckets of florals to inspire hands-on, sensory creation. Working with flowers; touching, arranging, breathing them in becomes a grounding, meditative practice that builds quiet confidence, presence, and deep satisfaction, especially when shared in community.

Sarah is a natural explorer at heart, always drawn to beauty, adventure, and experience. Her gift lies in transforming spaces, weaving together soft luxury, unexpected moments, and otherworldly beauty that feels both nourishing and expansive. This offering has been living in her imagination for years, and it now blooms into a sacred, embodied experience held for one meaningful day.

Teairra is a sound healer and founder of Nova Flow Medicine, whose work is rooted in the understanding that sound is medicine. Through crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gong, rain stick, breath, and the elements, she creates ceremonial sound journeys that support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic release.

Her sessions are grounding and immersive, weaving earth, air, and subtle energy with sound to invite presence, restoration, and a return to inner balance.

Bess / Land Keeper / Reiki Healer / Astrology Reader / Yoga

Bess is a guide in soulful, nature-retuned healing who offers deeply restorative Reiki sessions in the gentle company of horses. At Welcome House Farm, she invites you into a sacred sanctuary where stillness, earth, and emotional clarity converge. Surrounded by roaming horses, her facilitated energy work supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and a grounded return to presence: no fixing required, just being held in the soft rhythm of nature.

Bess will be guiding our bodies through a yoga flow.

* Bess will have a couple of optional sessions available at additional cost.

Melissa (Mel), known on the dance floor as DJ Zendora. She is midwifing the Liberation Activation embodiment work. She is a ritualist who weaves soulful soundscapes that invite women into deeper connection; with their bodies, their truth, and one another.

Rooted in feminine wisdom, movement medicine, and sacred storytelling, her sets go far beyond music, they are ceremonial journeys that awaken power, presence, and play. Whether gathered around a fire or under the pulse of lights, DJ Zendora creates spaces where women are free to move, feel, release, and remember who they are.

A self-love alchemist and empowerment photographer, Melissa also coaches women to reclaim their full expression...through lens, movement, and the magic of embodied transformation.

You’ll be nourished with seasonal, Ayurvedic-inspired meals throughout the weekend. We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, please share them with us during registration.

What will I eat?

Absolutely. Earth + Ember is for all women, whether you’re new to this type of experience or well-versed in the healing arts. We hold a welcoming, inclusive space where you can participate at your own pace.

I’m new to retreats and embodiment work.
Is this for me?

This is a chance to truly unplug. Service will be available, but we encourage you to treat this weekend as a digital detox and presence practice.

Is there wifi/service?

What if I can’t make it after I sign up?

We understand life happens. There is a $100 administrative deposit. Refunds beyond deposit are available up to a certain date (7 days before event), and you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another woman if needed.

What is liberation activation?

A Liberation Activation is a gently guided embodied experience that uses music, breath, and intuitive movement to release stored emotion, reconnect you to your body, and activate your inner freedom.

Are children allowed?

Will there be alcohol?

Earth + Ember is a women’s retreat designed to be a short getaway. A space where you don’t have to hold responsibility for anyone but yourself. While we absolutely love kids, this container is intentionally child-free so that women can step outside of their everyday mothering, caretaking, and giving roles, and allow themselves to be held, nourished, and cared for instead.

E+E is a sober retreat. There will be no alcohol. We want to create a grounded, nourishing, and connective experience where women can fully drop in, care for themselves, and connect with each other and the land in a clear and intentional way

What should I wear?

Comfortable, layered clothing you can move in and be outdoors with. Bring something cozy for rest and something that feels expressive or ceremonial if you’d like.

What if I feel shy or nervous about group experiences?

That’s completely normal. This is a warm, non-performative space. You are never asked to share or do anything you don’t feel ready for...presence is enough.

Is this retreat trauma-informed?

Yes. Practices are offered with choice, consent, and nervous-system awareness at the center.

Will we be outdoors the entire time?

No. Most of the event will take place in the warmth, indoors. We will have optional outdoor time for those interested.

Yes. While we encourage staying for the full experience, you are always sovereign in how you care for yourself.

Can I choose to not participate in something?
